All furnishings and equipment will be shown to you and their use explained. Please follow the attached instructions for use. In case of damages due to improper use, as well as missing (broken) items or appliances, you are obliged to notify us immediately. We inform you that the policy of Guest House "SIYANIE" in such cases is that the damages must be covered by the person responsible. The house is provided to you for full use and we do not bear responsibility for personal losses and/or injuries to you and your company during your stay. Pets are NOT allowed on the premises of the house. Smoke-free: Smoking inside the Guest House "SIYANIE" is strictly prohibited in the bedrooms and living room. Smokers are advised to use the veranda and the terrace on the second floor for this purpose. Check-in begins after 2:00 p.m., check-out is until 11:00 a.m. (individual arrangements may be possible by exception). By making a reservation, you accept the terms of use.
